Refund Policy

RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS

We do not accept returns for our food products.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Any health and personal care items

As a small grower, we don’t have machinery to expel the occasional ‘off color’ piece of rice.   Color variations in our rice are normal and are not eligible for return.

There are certain situations where full or partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@bluemoonacres.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
