Mezza Red Kale

Dynamic, dinosaur-like leaves with purple veining and mildly bitter flavor. Larger, ‘mezza’ size makes this an excellent addition to salads, but it can also be used in soups and entrees, or served atop your favorite appetizer. All the benefits of mature kale but without the fibrousness!
