New Jersey Grown Baby Spinach

This variety is a semi-savoy which has a ruffled leaf. Great, crunchy texture and holds a dressing in the little ‘nooks and crannies’ of the leaf very well. Low oxalic acid content, so there is no ‘waxy’ feeling on the teeth as with other spinach varieties. Pre-washed and ready to eat.
